Interesting about the fence, if it is pulsed DC voltage, it should be helpful. Most electric fences are not which may be why that one is special.

Also, of note: I posted a while back about people in Indonesia sitting / laying on the electric train rails there to help control parasites. There were actually several articles on the internet.

In Africa, they will often use a car battery or even the spark from a plug wire to neutralize scorpion stings and venomous snake bites. Not sure how well this works but in desperation, I would certainly try most anything that might even help a little bit.

Many toxins are polar in nature so in theory, the use of electricity could help to neutralize them.
