Thanks for the response, I have read many of your posts in the past. I understand that I may have intolerances to meat, but is there a way to cure these intolerances rather than avoiding them altogether? At this point, my parents would not let me completely eliminate them. I have cut out pork and beef for years.

I plan on doing more liver flushes, but could all of my symptoms only be attributed to the liver? I see varying opinions everywhere I go.
