Hello,

Does anyone have any thoughts on kicking or punching in sleep and/or sleepwalking. Since getting married, I've discovered I've done all of this. First of all, I don't much like kicking my husband or walking around unawares! Secondly, I've read that these are also precursors to dementia and/or Parkinson's, neither of which are cool.

I'm not a violent person. I don't know why I would be kicking/thrashing in my sleep!

I've read there are some medicines that will help, but not really a big fan of pharmaceuticals. Anyone have any ideas?
