I've recently had a mineral test done and it suggested that I might have an underactive thyroid problem. They recommended me some vitamins and minerals to take so I bought them and have been taking them for a week now (chromium, magnesium, copper, vit E, B6 and glandular formula). I've been feeling extremely tired and my Acne got worse - is this normal?

I also don't know if I can get better with taking those or should I try something else? I've read that when you start taking hormones you have to take them for you whole life so I would like to stay away from hormones.

I would appreciate any help.
