From what I'm reading, I think you should take B1 (thiamine) a few times a day as it can only be absorbed in small amounts (so don't bother taking mega doses, just small doses 3 times a day) and Essentiale for your psoriasis. This product can be found on ebay and other outlets:

You should also stop eating any known allergens and try cutting out well known allergens such as nuts and lactose for now.
