If you have Sugar processing problems start on chromium and vanadium, eat only whole foods with fiber intact or carbohydrates/fruits with fat, no processed foods.

you need salt.

The body runs on sugar, no matter if you have to convert protein to sugar, eat sugar, fruit, grains. Some people seem to be able to burn fat at or near ketosis but it's very rare from what I see.

Fructose = ripe fruits, not White Sugar , organic high mineral content preferred. Test your blood Sugar after eating this way to confirm what's actually happening, not what you theorize will happen.

You can also use raw honey which tends not to raise blood Sugar in a lot of people. Without energy/calories there is no way you will be able to even start cleansing unless you go into some serious type of fast which might either cure you or kill you fast.
