It’s good to hear that EFT is working for you. I have met people who have done it and did a bit of research on it myself, even learnt how to do it on a basic level from Youtube (thank god for Youtube), so there is something to it, unblocking meridians and releasing the flow of energy, so I have an idea of how it works.

And you’re right, these emotions a usually frozen somewhere within our cellular memory, which also seem to freeze the memory of the event itself, thus we create coping mechanisms to further protect ourselves.

These traumas then remain ‘stuck’ until we’re triggered again. The universe has a way of attracting, like some kind of magnet, to show us these traumas are still here, locked within ourselves by regenerating the same feelings through different circumstances. By having an awareness of this process through a deeper understanding of universal laws, we’re shown these traumas have remained unhealed not matter how long ago they occurred and the opportunity has presented itself for us to clear it once and for all.
Personally I use a meditation technique, a little hard to describe how I do it but seems to work pretty well.

I’m always looking into other modalities for anything I can learn to help clear my stuff more thoroughly and quickly, and I believe if you find something working really well for yourself, just keep going with it.
