In light of this discussion on molybdendum, I've increased my dosage from 300 mcg to 1000 mgs. (The safe range is anything under 2000 mgs, from research) since yesterday. I want to see if this does anything for the red areas on my face.

Already my face is even more red and blotchy, which I take as a sign my body is reacting to the increased Moly.

I'll talk about how it goes in my next report.
