Well, I had a road block in my fasting plan. My blood work came in today before I start my fast. I was disappointed to see very low potassium and my doc is suggesting to postpone my fast and work on my imbalance of potassium.

I do not know what is knocking out my potassium.

I am so upset. I have even cheated in my diet and included some baked red and purple potatoes for last few weeks, which are high in potassium.

Time to research.
