Glad to hear the cleanse did the trick! I think you should still do the ultrasound, just in case, Doctors usually downplay ovarian cysts, at least they did with mine, but having the ultrasound will give you a reference point in terms of size and severity. And for what it's worth, I would never recommend a 20 yr old woman to zap her ovaries, no matter what. I'm not even sure it's a good idea for a post-menopausal woman either.

Hope you're able to get a handle on your other symptoms. Keep at it!
