I will just take it one day at a time. I need a lot of repair, so hopefully it will be a longish fast.
I can't rest fully, I will work from home. So at least, I will not need to venture outside too much. It means also I may need to do laundry manually at home, since I have 3 floors between me and the washing room, and my heart rate is rather high if I do stairs while fasting and risk fainting even.
How long do you plan fasting? Are you working or resting while fasting?
