THANK YOU! for the detailed response. I was always confused with the dosages and how people take all the antifungals.

Here is my concern. Where am i getting carbs from? if i eat NO GRAINS.

My diet should basically be veggies(non starchy), protein, fats.

im 117lbs, so im concerned
1) i will become very thin 2) low carb diet could affect my brain and put my body in ketosis. I could probably go extreme low carb for 4 weeks but more than that I'm concerned about side effects of long term low carb diet.
