I love Khichree, yogurt and ghee. My doctor said I should eat ghee everyday, but I don't. If you love Khichree so much may be you can eat it every weekend and stay on raw foods on weekdays.

Tomorrow I am starting the Kefir plus Budwig ingredients and see how it affects me.

Please let us know when you a start Budwig protocol and how it makes change in your BP and cyst.
