I guess they aren't getting enough lawsuits, yet. That's the only reason they pull a drug.

They put them out there knowing full well they're lethal. The FDA doesn't check them--it's just the pharmaceuticals version of the IRS. It's for going after US, not them.

The only thing they hope is that enough lawsuits don't get filed before they make their multi-millions before they have to pull it.
