seems to me adernal fatigue with the elvated DHEA and diminshed cortisol(expected)

you may need to reduce your internal stress, through various changes in your life, your trauma even if you forget about but it has build up a strong mansion in your unconsious brain

look for some deficiencies to start with( vitamin D, iron, magnesium, zinc..etc), also infections in gut system
