I really hope I answered everyone's questions, and hope it can help cure a lot of people. Or at least make life more manageable. I spent a lot of time researching exactly what I did and cut out the fluff, although the video is still a bit long, it's explanation after explanation the entire way through.

This will be my last and final update, unless of course I ever develop the condition again. So if there are ANY questions or confusion please leave them as a comment on the actual video page itself as that's the only place I will be checking from here on out. I will probably stick around for a week or so here though.
