Oh, yogurt mixes *better* with oils than cottage cheese does. It becomes a smoooth, savory paste. The labor of doing that is trivial and easy to incorporate into a routine.

Mixing anti-cancer spices into the paste can work :

Turmeric + black pepper (a premium anti-cancer combo).

Garlic
Oregano
Cayenne Pepper.

All these are spices that can go into the Budwig paste, plus taste good.
