Archus,

1) Do I correctly understand that the Budwig protocol uses both Flaxseed oil AND ground flaxseeds? Can homemade yogurt be used instead of cottage cheese.

2) I read your post about waters. Did you mean that no baking soda in water only during a fast, or never? Isn't that the main way to alkalize the body, which is particularly necessary for cancers?
