DE does cause constipation, so make sure you keep the gut running. Find your favorite bowel cleanse, laxative, stool softener or enema, while on DE...

LLB tablets, castor oil, senna, cascara, epsom salt, prunes, whatever gets your stomach flushing out. Drink lots of water.
