That is certainly an interesting way to look at it, as someone who has been seeing a therapist for 7 years on now it would appear most of my problems are situational.

Though looking at the past does help to paint a nice picture of a lifetime defending against political, emotional, and environmental pollutants as they are all closely related.

It basically means there is nothing inherently wrong with anyone who is sick, they are made that way by external forces beyond their control at the moment. Understanding that alone could be a path to healing on a psychological level at the very least.
