HI, Yesterday was to be my first day , but I decided to wait till today due to a variety of stressful family situations.
So here I go , I like the idea of counting backwards! I just don't have exact number My body told me when to stop the first time. This time it's somewhere in the neighborhood of 20-30. If it's anything like last time Ill be sleeping a lot! I was so overly weak the last time from day 4- to the end. Great advice about end results, thats my mantra end result! end results!
