You are fixated with what starvation is. There are so many extremely sick people who fast with water only and get back in shape.

I do not believe you gave yourself a chance to fast to completion. Everyone during a fast feels some kind of pain or detox symptoms, that is a part of fasting.

Yes, I have done many juicing fasts and master cleanse. I have fasted ever since I was a child, so if fasting was bad for you I would be sick all the time.

Are there people who should or could not fast, sure. But as I mentioned before nature has its principles and it applies to all.

America has most fasting centers than any other country. I would like you to watch this video....

There are so many Doctors like him, one I had a privilege to meet was Dr. Fuhrman who puts most his patients on fast except for those who are on serious medications, but even they eventually fast to be healthy again.

There was one gentleman on this forum, Chrisb1 who after two 30 day fasts got cured from leukemia.

But you are entitled to your opinion.
