Wow, I came to this community with the hopes of getting support.  I already have a slew of people in my life that would discourage me  and  that don't undersatnd the process , I was hoping for encouragent and thought this was a SUPPORT community I'll tell you what I won't criticize your particular choices and beliefs you hold for your self , please lend me the same respect.  And if your concerned for my welfare rest assure there is a great deal of research (evidence based and peer reviewed)  and a large medical community that understands and practices water fasting for a variety of reasons.  For starters ( In your response to the nazi camp survivors)  water fasting 101-- starving is completely different then  fasting. By the way I have had my labs done and will continue to based on the reccomendation of the doc that is medically supervising my water fast. I could  refer you to an extensive list of health professionals, centers and institutions that have extensive experience with water fasting, but if you develope the desire to educate yourself I trust you will have no problems finding them.
