Yeah , first day. The kiddos are a bit older , 11, and 13 but I still have to cook and there lies the challenge. I wish I would have given it a bit more thought and prepared and froze the first 5 days of dinners so I could spend more time away from food, Tomorrow Ill have a cooking marathon and get the next few days taken care of.
Hope you get your energy back soon. I just kept waiting the last time I did one and it never came . Every day I was weaker until the last day, Then it even took me a couple months to have my strength and endurance back.
