Congrats on starting another fast and taking charge of your health! I know you can do it with support :) Are you still feeding and tending to kiddos? Is today your first day?

I've started by first extended Water Fast with 7 days of coconut water, and am now on day 6 of water only. It's been tough, and I feel really weak and low energy as well. I am hoping I turn a metaphorical corner around day 9-11 and the weakness subsides. We shall see. My body is calling for rest, and I'm trying my best to give it just that.
