I would like to add is plenty rest, drink as per thirst and keeping warm are important aspects of healing and cleaning the body. Your digestive issues will clear up.

After you breK your fast stay on raw plant based diet and then introduce some probiotics like, sauerkraut, Kimchi, Milk Kefir. Once your gut is full of healthy microbium most of your issues will go away.
