Great article by Lapis. I always liked what Lapis had to say. I was looking for this information for a long time.

I know that one billionaire, Mr. David Murdock has his own lab and checks nutrition value of all cooked and raw foods. He does eat some cooked and sugary stuff, like he has one big freshly baked cookie everyday. He never publishes his findings. So to have this on hand is awesome.

Very heavy article to digest, but good proof that cooked foods get denatured and are toxic.
