To sum it up then: Starting the candida diet brought on allergy-like symptoms from either kicking up toxins that the immune system react to OR the diet is making the candida go deeper and more systemic and therefor causing leaky gut?

And the right way to handle it (no matter if it's leaky gut or die off toxins causing the symptoms) is to stay on the diet and take colostrum? Right?
