Hi I'm new to this forum and am really enjoying all the posts. I was looking for daily support because I know from past experience that this is going to be challenging. I plan on doing a 21 day Water Fast for not only weight loss, but to get my body regulated and all the toxins out. I have done 3, 5, and 7 day Water Fast before. I have a 6 month old baby at home so I will be taking care of him. Anyways I am on the 3 day and have only lost 2 pounds which I find strange. Has anyone else ever experienced this? My starting weight was 143 and I am 5'6,.
