Vit B3 works as i have observed that the young ones looked weaker.

Vit B3 1500mg per day + Vit C 3000mg per day + Iodine 5% 10 drops per day and i have since been getting dead

Candida parapsilosis


In my urine. First big flakes just like that then smaller ones that look like skin but are fungi as I can see under the microscope. Thats a blood borne one. I have only been on this diet thing for 1 and a half weeks and gut is already recovered by excessive rutabaga and ginger + other herbs use).

Bones have started changing muscles stronger, lungs better.

The key is I was obsessive about getting rid of it and eat as much antifungals as i could rather than having just a bit - they double every half an hour!. Coconut oil does not seem to work very well. Ginger and cinamon are good.
