I think if u feel bad and you have found any symptoms and these things r abnormal for your normal bowels record down everything images dates symptoms health information either leave it with your family or if they think with doctors and everybody else something bad like you r grazy then somebody who u can trust, or somebody who belies grazy people and conducts research about it or somebody who genuinely wants to help people.
Anyway lots of hugs and good luck sorry I don't have experience to recommend or say anything but options undigested food due to health problem causes too many to count

Bacteria fungus ect
Anyway
If u document everything down then its better.
