I don't think your acid reflux is from lemon juice, because even though lemon is acidic, it actually turns basic in the stomach. I had acid reflux too for the first three days of my 22-day juice fast. I think it is just the stomach adjusting to having so much food before the fast and then suddenly nothing, or maybe you were eating a lot of spicy foods or related foods that might cause acid reflux before the fast.
