No I don't. That is the mystery, I believe, for everyone that has Rope Worms. From my learning it has been supposed that the darker ones have been in your colon longer than the lighter ones. Or, maybe in a different location?

And, as stillbattling stated, it will take some time to get these out of you. And, if you experience what I have you will have days of not feeling so well. It is part of the process but, don't let that deter you from staying on course to eliminate these things from you body.
