Thanks so much for the response and advice, Archus! I will definitely try the things you have perscribed.

One more question, I noticed this evening while I was sitting for a bit and then stood up for awhile, I felt a slight numbness on the tops of my feet. They seemed to be turning pink then I noticed that my toes were turning a deep purple. I decided to lay down too release the pressure and the color and feeling returned to my feet. Is this something I should be alarmed about?
