Hi there!!

I'm on day 1 of my first extended water fast, and am looking for a fasting buddy. I would truly appreciate the support :) I have done a 30-day juice fast, many 1-2 days water fasts, and a 5 day water fast. To prepare for this fast, I did 7 days of coconut water fasting. Again, I am new to the extended water fasting, and know how important it is to have support in a mentally, emotionally, and physically challenging endeavor. Would love a buddy!
