Drink just plain water and do not eat any cooked or greasy foods. Try to juice fruits and veggies separately and drink those juices.

I do not know what is Sole water. All manufactured waters are questionable to me.

I would recommend Muktavati natural pills for high BP vs. to conventional blood pressure meds which are designed as diuretics, commonly known as "water pills," to help your body get rid of unneeded water and salt through the urine. It has too many side effects.

Also for long term correction, eat plant based diet, exercise, do colon cleanse, kidney cleanse and then liver flush. If this does not help fasting with water only will definitely correct this condition.
