Stuff like dandelion? i used to juice dandelion in the past and drink like 30-60ml without problems.

a person who eats a sad (sad american diet .... ) will not get fixed just by iodide.

i used to be higher on the fruits in the past. But then my triglycerides were higher. Now eating more veggies and starches they r lower.


My total cholesterol before plantbased used to be around 200-210 .... after 4-5 Months plantbased it was down to 169 (i believe) but after that, together with increasing TSH and occuring boobpain my cholesterol went back to 200-215 ....

ever since my cholesterol stayed this way. Only triglycerides went lower as i reduced fruits.

So u d say, if i d do a Liver Flush .... or one every 2 weeks .... 10,20,30 times : my problems will be gone?


if its not the olive oil being excreted as soap.... what happends to the 100-150??? ml Oil? does it get digested.
