I am a 40 year old male.

How do I reactivate the 'Sweating Process'?

I never really sweat. Even when I used to work out.

I also felt HORRIBLE after the IR-Sauna session.

Was in tons of pain, like all the minerals were depleted.

Magnesium spray helped a little.

I also felt like I released a ton of chemicals in body after the sauna.
