OP. Get a microscope.
You'll save yourself a world of grief from following the tails of those who don't bother to take a real look themselves.
Legion are they on these pages.
They spread a lot of crappy disinfo.
Through ignorance and laziness, and a very real type of, "herd mentality."

You might think that a type of, "herd mentality," would not exist here.

Yet it does.

Your best defense is a calculated and careful offense.
Against that is which is afflicting you and the B.S. you have already, and will, encounter here.

You not need take my word for it.
In fact, don't.
Get microscopy tools and employ them on a regular basis.

Prove things for yourself.

Look for yourself. It is the way to get a handle on what is afflicting you.

From there you can devise tactics and strategies.
It is war.
You need and deserve the best information you can garner.
Don't leave it all to posters here.
You need to be engaged and proactive.

You are a fighter.
Expect the best from yourself, and provide that, in the arena that is the ring, and in the arena that is fighting a thief of health and well-being.
