I'm afraid of going to the doctor and having to explain what might have caused the worsening of my condition.

In my opinion that may well be what caused your condition to be worse.

Antibiotics cause an imbalance in your gut between good/bad bacteria. The gut being your immune system that heals is compromised.

Colloidal Silver taken internally has been said  not to be selective between good and bad bacteria and kills both.

So I would suggest taking it sublingally, directly into the blood stream.
