I agree with stillbattling that these are stages of the rope worm. If you have just started cleansing, then the more you do the deeper you get into finding out what is inside you!

I've been seeing 100's of rope worms come out of me and I would say w/o a doubt that is what you see. These, because of their light color, have not been there as long as some that come out darker in color.
