Hi, I've had chronic sinusitis for like 6 months and decided to give this black cumin seed a go.Now since what I'm getting are seeds, I'm not quite sure how should I use them since I see there are many different ways. Also I see everyone talking about using the oil instead of seeds. So would you suggest seeds or rather oil or is there no difference?
