When you take Iodine do you take the co-supplements, vitamin C, Selenium, Sea Salt push?

Also I would do two things before using Iodine. One, take your basal temperature for seven days upon waking, two, get a 24 hour urine collection test for testing hormones and Iodine in your system. This two things will tell you if you need Iodine or not.

Yes, fasting will take care of these issues.

I am glad you liked the videos. Another thing about this doctor is he does not want to be promoting any brands, so they do not get pressured by manufacturers.
