Hi,
has anyone practised The Healing Codes by Alex Loyd?
I have a book, but i would like to know:

* how important is to hold hands 30 sec and then move to another position? I preffer to hold in one position 2-3 min. Is it bad?
* do You say truth statement couple times when you are doing the codes or all the time?
* what is the best way to practise codes: is it 4 pasic codes only. Or you get more results doing 12-day with special codes etc.
Or Qcodes - I dont have that book, but is it worth it to buy? Or the 4 pasic position is enough?
