I am not familiar with Meyer lemons but you should do a little research and find out about the chemical composition of it and lemons and limes and see how they compare. It doesn't sound too far fetched to me that it might be useful. Let us know what you find.

In the meantime if this is your first Master-Cleanse I would do it by the book using lemons and/or limes at least the first time just to have a reference point from a "known" proven method for more than 50 years.
