you can take up to 12-15 of each clove and Wormwood 2 x's a day thats what I did. than after a week i decreased.

word of caution higher doses are better, yields more results, yet whether you take small or large results, the worms will become resistant after about a month, so have a backup plan of other herbs you can take, foods, minerals, Sea Salt s etc. until you can take another huge dose of Hulda Clark s regimine.
