Thank you so much for your comment! I truly appreciate you going through all this in response to my question. The Magnesium Fluoride thing is new to me. It makes a lot of sense. It is best avoiding fluoride for many conditions. When I was a kid, we were given fluoride tablets, and told to take them ... I am sure this was one of the reason for my fragile joints. On the other hand my teeth are quite healthy (good genes despite fluoride?) I am taking magnesium periodically and having green juices on regular basis. I need to fast more often though. Thank you again.
