Like I said, I have heard about Vitamin C and Quercetin before and have taken them myself. They didn't even sped up recovery from colds. I even tried expensive Liposomal vitamin C after reading an article about a New Zealand man who recovered from pneumonia on Naturalnews ( http://www.naturalnews.com/042593_liposomal_vitamin_C_mega-dose_alternative_cancer_treatment.html ), still not even a result for a cold or runny nose.

Woo advice like that gives ammunition to deadly allopathic practitioners. It is no different than the people who take allopathic drugs for diabetes and cholesterol who attribute miracles to those drugs. Recently my hypochondriac grandmother disturbed the family peace when she ran out of her stupid heart medication for one day.
