I am new to this blog and very glad I found it. I just started using the Castor Oil Pack for an hour at night with a heating pad and I agree with Raymond my stomach is noticeably flatter. I didnt know if it was the castor oil but now I believe it is. It does make you have several bowel movements as it detox your liver and you should stay hydrated. I will continue to keep using it. Its also awesome for hangovers to help get rid of those bad toxins. After a night of drinking, I leave the castor oil pack on all night and in the morning I do oil pulling. Its like I never had a drink. Definitely going to continue using the castor oil pack.
