Question on rotating the anti-fungals... does this include ALL of the ones you mention or just the herbals? I noticed in a later post you no longer recommend any essential oils except peppermint oil. Below is the list of anti-fungals I have currently and was planning to do 3 at a time and rotate one out every 5 days like you did, but wasn't sure if this applied to things like Monolaurin too:


Goldenseal
Wormwoord
Pau D'arco
Cats Claw
Peppermint (essential oil)
Monolaurin
SF722
Saccharomyces Boulardii

In addition I am taking Nystatin 4x daily. I'm already seeing improvement after only 6 days, just don't want to screw anything up now. Thanks!
